We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proven, results-oriented National Sales Manager in our Fairfield, NJ location.

Previous HVAC sales experience is required.

The primary responsibility of the National Sales manager is to lead and execute the regional sales and operations strategies to exceed business objectives, as well as build and mentor the regional sales team. The National Sales Manager will also be responsible for strategic marketing and planning, and profitability in a B2B environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate with General Manager to develop and implement short and long term business strategies.

Coordinate with the General Manager on regional sales results.

Forecast quarterly and annual profits.

Analyze regional market trends and locate new opportunities for growth.

Identify hiring needs and logistics requirements.

Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience throughout parts of the sale and installation process.


Required Skills and Abilities:

Previous HVAC experience

Proven track record in HVAC sales

Previous experience with turning around underperforming markets including assessing and rebuilding talent.

Demonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and techniques

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to work with a team

Willingness to travel

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to effectively present information to the General Manager and consumers

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
